Role: Housing Maintenance Manager
Location: Aberdeen
Sector: MOD
Are you an experienced maintenance/contract manager with previous experience delivering maintenance and project work on void properties?
With over 50 placements last year, our client is one of the biggest family run FM companies in Scotland.

The role of the Housing Maintenance Manager:
- Overseeing PPM and reactive maintenance across a National portfolio of properties
- Project Management of refurbishments and renovations
- Day to day management of contractors, direct labour and suppliers
- Direct management of 8 managers, and over 60 indirect reports
- Regular travel across Scotland
The Housing Maintenance Manager will have:
- Previous experience working on void properties
- Background in Joinery/Carpentry
- Full UK Driving License
