We are currently looking to recruit an exciting new role within the Estates department. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for the successful delivery of Estates services, PPM and Asset Management across site. The role will report to the Head of Estates Operations & Maintenance and will give ongoing support to Kew in terms of projects, strategy and planned maintenance programmes. 

The role will also support the Key functions of the Estates department including: Capital Projects, Sustainability, Compliance & Facilities and the Estates Helpdesk.

This is a key leadership role within the Estates department that will interface with a number of teams and departments across the organisation and will be focused on building Estates excellence, delivering a wide range of services and projects and supporting the aims and objectives of the Estates department as a whole.

The salary will be £56,445 - £66,356 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
