Role: Planner
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £27,500 - 40hour week

Our Client is a key provider of energy, services and regeneration in the UK & Ireland. They deliver flexible, renewable electricity generation and clean, affordable energy supply to businesses of all sizes in the UK.
They are looking to recruit a Planners for their Birmingham office to work alongside the Impact response team for Social Housing contracts throughout Birmingham
Duties:
- Scheduling appointments through Impact response
- Processing variations
- Arranging follow on appointments
- Invoice administration
- Customer Satisfaction surveys
- Liaising with client counterparts
- Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office
- Material co-ordination
- Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant documentation
- To oversee/assist in the training of new starters as required
Skills, Attributes, Qualifications:
- Experience of Partnership arrangements
- Experience of Responsive Repairs contacts
- Understanding of local government and RSL's
- Understanding of an appointment process
- Previous Administration experience
- Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license
- Ability to competently operate MS office
