Execute Chef – NYC, NY
Salary: $120,000+ (Competitive)
Our client is a well-known hospitality group within with a variety of trendy concepts. They are looking to hire a passionate Executive Chef to help with 2 new restaurant openings located in a hotel in NYC! The new openings will focus on modern American cuisine. If you have 3+ years experience as an Executive Chef, menu development and experience opening a new restaurant, this could be your next exciting challenge!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the restaurant’s culinary operations including food safety regulations, staff management and cost controls
- Hire, train, develop and oversee employees
- Ensure efficient preparation, plating, and service of food
- Menu Development
Key Competencies /Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years in an Executive Chef role
- Experience opening a new restaurant
- Demonstrate positive leadership and mentorship
- A track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- An eye for detail and a commitment to quality
