- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Availability for On-call Duties
- Handle electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, motor operations, UPS systems, emergency generation, and HVAC plant equipment.
- Promptly respond to facilities department, security, facilities, and IS helpdesk requests.
- Collaborate closely with the property team to swiftly repair faulty equipment.
- Execute emergency responses for critical equipment.
- Maintain equipment to the highest standards and monitor building management services.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontracted staff.
- City & Guilds 18th Edition certification.
- Proven experience in a comparable Building Service Role.
- Proficiency in planned preventative maintenance procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot single and three-phase control and distribution circuits.
- Familiarity with Lighting, Motor, UPS Systems, emergency generation, and HVAC plant equipment.
- City & Guilds/BTEC in Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with Computacenter head office systems.
- Certified in using access equipment.
- Specialized training in relevant areas.
- Health and safety qualifications.
- Effective operation and maintenance of building service equipment.
- Minimized downtime for crucial services.
- Proactive approach to identifying and rectifying defects.
- Rigorous adherence to statutory and health & safety regulations.
