Role: Maintenance Electrician

Salary: up to £38,000
We are on the lookout for a maintenance electrician based in Edinburgh to work for a national renowned facilities management company where you aren't just a number! This role is a great opportunity due to the huge progression scopes within the business.
My client is a National FM company, currently looking to add a maintenance electrician with an electrical bias to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company that offer real up-skilling and progression opportunities.
The role of the facilities engineer/maintenance electrician will be:
- Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
- Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers mechanical and electrical disciplines
- Provide a service that ensures all electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
- Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
- Carry out modifications and installations when required
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
- Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
- Liaise with client/management
The facilities engineer/maintenance electrician will have:
- NVQ Level 3 Elec
- Minimum 17th edition
- Experience in a Commercial Maintenance role
