Maintenance Electrician
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Electrician / Electrical Engineer for a technical maintenance position based in East Croydon.
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer role is a static position within a large commercial property, with hourly pay of £24.00
40 hours per week , Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Electrician:
- Planned and Reactive building maintenance tasks
- Development and Management of the PPM regime
- Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld
- Providing technical support to the maintenance team, occupants and landlord
About you as the Maintenance Electrician:
- Experienced electrical engineer or electrician
- Fully knowledgeable in BS7671 Wiring Regulations
- Capable of passing security clearance
