Facilities Manager / Technical Manager
Monday - Friday

£44,500 + Package
We are now looking for a Facilities Manager who specialises within Hard Services to join our team on a large static based site in Filton, Bristol.
Joining a team of 20 engineers on site we are now looking for a Facilities Manager who has technical experience, experience within hard services and overseeing maintenance with some project works.
Duties
- Maintenance Management
- Budget management and service charge preparation
- Soft Services Management
- Risk and Asset Management
- Relationship Management both internal and external
- People Management linking in with FM, Asset and Property Management Teams
