Role: Maintenance Electrician (Temp to Perm - 37.5h per week + OT)
Location: Darlington
Hourly Pay: £16.66 PAYE or £21.65 CIS (Weekend OT x1.4)
Our client is looking for an experienced maintenance electrician to join their team to carry out maintenance task across their estate buildings.
Duties:
- General repairs of lights and lamps
PAT Testing specified equipment
Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
Replacing switches and sockets
Minor works include installing additional sockets
Minor changes to ring mains
Replacing and repairing data cables
Installing new IT points
Maintenance or replacement of any damaged property (within an electrical remit)
Skills Required:
- Time served Electrician
18th Edition desirable
Clean UK driving licence
Standard DBS required
