Project Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a large Asset Management Organisation to work on PFI contracts acros the Bristol area.

  • £60000 plus £5750 Car allowance + 20% bonus (£78000 package)
  • PFI Contract

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing lifecycle, defect and variation works for clients within the PFI Sector and external markets

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Work with key stakeholders and other specialist support partners to deliver defect, lifecycle and variation works
  • Manage the lifecycle delivery process from RIBA Stage 1 through to Stage 6 for all projects allocated to you
  • Attend client and contractor meetings
  • Produce and monitor tracking tools to deliver the change control services
  • Manage the financial reporting and invoicing of works delivered
  • Provide support in the production of delivery tools
  • Manage allocated Assistant Project Managers or Project Managers

Role Requirements/Qualifications


  • Extensive Project Management experience of capital expenditure works ranging from £50k - £1m +
  • Extensive experience working on a PFI contract
  • Construction Project Delivery Experience
  • Great knowledge of PFI contract documentation and change control processes.
  • Team management experience
  • Ability to interact at a senior management team level through presentations, one to one meeting’s and by written reports.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel
  • Full Preferably clean UK Driving Licence
