Restaurant Manager
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
Location: New York, NY
I am working with a client who is looking for their next Restaurant Manager. They are a successful restaurant group with 10+ concepts with a fun and trendy atmosphere. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be part of a successful team!
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the General Manager with daily restaurant activities
- Managing the front of house team
- Collaborating with front and back of house team
- Establishing and maintaining team spirit
- Upholding service standards
- Training and supporting staff
- Maintaining brand standards
- Ensuring guests are having the ultimate dining experience
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar position, preferably from a fast-paced, upscale restaurant
- Passionate about hospitality and creating incredible guest experience
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Strong team leader
