General Manager – Full-Service Restaurant Group
Barrie, ON
Salary: 65,000 – 80,000 DOE (Bonus, Tips, Benefits, RRSP and more!)
The client:
My client is a growing Canadian Restaurant Group that has several locations across the East Coast. They are a Southern inspired concept with fresh ingredients made in house and are looking to add to their growing team!
The Role:
- Maximize profits through monitoring of ongoing operations and improving guest services
- Hiring, training, and ongoing development of management and team members
- Budgeting and other financial administrative duties
- Uphold company policies and standards
- Actively monitor guest satisfaction and food quality
The Candidate:
- Previous General Management experience within a full-service restaurant required
- Proven track record of managing and building a successful team
- Knowledge of basic financial skills
- Knowledge of the restaurant market within their location
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
