Our client has an opening for a Business Development Manager to join their team working across a number of portfolios which consists of commercial buildings such as offices & skyscrapers, healthcare, aviation and life sciences.
The main purpose of a Business Development Manager within this company is negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities, meet and exceed agreed sales targets agreed by higher management, maintain records and relevant contract documentation as well as keeping up to date with industry developments and competitor activity.
