The Role: Design Engineer
Location: Hampshire
Salary: £30K - £40K + bonus
The company:
Our client is one of the UK’s leading development and construction company and they are on the lookout for an experienced Design Engineer. They focus on working with contractors, developers and property asset management companies in the design, build and maintenance of construction projects.
The Role:
- Creating and update of production support information from complex CAD Models in accordance with engineering change procedures.
- Interface with both production operatives and engineering teams to ensure continuity of deliverable.
- Support the development of in-house designs with ideas, package studies, layouts and concept work.
About you:
- A detail focused individual with strong time management skills
- Ability to adapt to product design in a different industry context whilst bringing core design and droughting skills
- 2+ years in an engineering / manufacturing business
- Experience in producing assembly drawings, layouts, scheme, part drawings.
- Experienced and capable in the use of 3D modelling
