Role: Regional H&S Advisor


Reporting to: Group Head of Health & Safety


Location: Midlands


Salary: (£35,000 - £45,000) + £6,000 car allowance


Key Skills needed: Experience working in a multi-site environment with a A Level 6 health and safety diploma.



Join a leading investment and property management firm with over £2.6 billion under management as their Regional Health & Safety Advisor! You'll play a crucial role in safeguarding employees across the UK, ensuring their well-being and compliance with all relevant regulations.


What you'll do:


You'll proactively identify and mitigate risks, train on safety best practices, and ensure compliance all while collaborating with our supportive team.



  • Conduct risk assessments and develop safe procedures.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and report on recommendations.

  • Deliver engaging training workshops.

  • Stay updated on legislation and industry best practices.

  • Assist in preparing H&S strategies and internal policies.

  • Maintain knowledge of fire safety, asbestos, CDM, and more.


What you need:



  • Multi-site experience: at least 5+ years of experience working in a multi-site environment, preferably in the property industry.

  • Health and safety diploma: A Level 6 health and safety diploma, such as NEBOSH or NCRQ, is mandatory.

  • Training delivery skills: The ability to design and deliver internal training is a valuable asset.

  • Hold Audit experience and is an experienced assessor - General and Fire risk assessment.

  • Presentation skills: Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial for this role.

  • Teamwork and self-motivation: You should be able to work independently but also collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Full UK driving licence
