Home Manager
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 pa
Sector: Healthcare
My client is looking for a passionate & driven Registered Home Manager to take the lead at a beautiful elderly home in Lincolnshire.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing an 30+ bed home. The expectation is that you will bring considerable service improvement experience into this home which specialises in elderly care. We are looking for a personable candidate who has experience in managing a team, full budget responsibility, understands the new CQC framework and commercially aware.
Please note: This is a Monday to Friday role with a quarter night visit plus requirement to be flexible when required due to business requirements.
The Successful Candidate:
- Working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent and will have relevant business qualifications and/or experience.
- A caring, supportive and experienced Home Manager who empowers their team to the best of their ability.
- Able to manage occupancy levels, finances and other resources.
