Role: Regional Facilities Manager

Location: Newcastle (covering Scotland, NI, and NE England)

Sector: Retail

Are you an experienced facilities management professional, looking to take the next step in your career? 

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Facilities Manager to cover 80 stores across Scotland, Northeast England, and Northern Ireland. 

The responsibilities of the Regional Facilities Manager will include:


  • Ensuring all trading stores are compliant with legislative requirements. 
  • Managing revenue and capital works.
  • Management of PPM contracts, and maintenance contractors. 
  • Ensuring KPI's and SLA's are met.
  • Identifying gaps in current service provision and make recommendations for change. 

The Regional Facilities Manager will have:


  • Proven track record of delivering FM Services in a multi-location environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance legislation. 
  • Experience managing suppliers and external consultants
