Role: Regional Facilities Manager
Location: Newcastle (covering Scotland, NI, and NE England)

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Facilities Manager to cover 80 stores across Scotland, Northeast England, and Northern Ireland.
The responsibilities of the Regional Facilities Manager will include:
- Ensuring all trading stores are compliant with legislative requirements.
- Managing revenue and capital works.
- Management of PPM contracts, and maintenance contractors.
- Ensuring KPI's and SLA's are met.
- Identifying gaps in current service provision and make recommendations for change.
The Regional Facilities Manager will have:
- Proven track record of delivering FM Services in a multi-location environment.
- Knowledge of compliance legislation.
- Experience managing suppliers and external consultants
