About the Role:
As the Creative Marketing Maestro, you'll spearhead our client's marketing endeavors, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing in Hamburg. Your physical presence on-site is paramount, as you'll be curating immersive content within our client's entertainment hub, ensuring promotions resonate and breathe life into experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute compelling social media content across diverse platforms, including the visual feast of Instagram and other relevant channels.
- Stay at the forefront of local events and trends, weaving promotions with timely and engaging content tailored to the audience's passions.
- Forge collaborations with local businesses, seamlessly integrating our client's entertainment experiences into the heartbeat of the local market.
- Embrace innovation by brainstorming and implementing unconventional ideas like themed events, interactive experiences, and imaginative promotions.
- Drive the creation and management of marketing content, taking the reins of our client's homepage.
What We Require:
- 2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience, showcasing a track record of successful and innovative campaigns.
- Proficiency in both German and English (non negotiable) for effective communication and collaboration.
- A profound understanding of social media dynamics, especially on Instagram, to captivate audiences effectively.
- Familiarity with local events and trends, enabling the creation of contextually relevant marketing content.
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, imaginative ideas to marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in collaborating with external stakeholders for marketing purposes is advantageous.
