The Deputy Head of Operations within the Estates Department will be responsible through the Head of Operations for ensuring that the built estate reflects an environment that assists in the delivery of patient and client care to the highest standard.
The Deputy Head of Operations will lead a team of Estates Officers, Supervisors and Directly Employed Labour (DEL) within their designated area of Estates Operations to manage and co-ordinate all estate operational and maintenance services throughout the Trusts Estate. This will include both electrical and mechanical engineering services, building infrastructure, grounds maintenance and engineering/building projects.
This role offers additional remuneration through participation in an On-Call rota.
