Our Client is a key provider of energy, services and regeneration in the UK & Ireland. They deliver flexible, renewable electricity generation and clean, affordable energy supply to businesses of all sizes in the UK.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be entrusted with the Supervision and management of Contractors and Engineers undertaking planned works, making sure works are completed within the correct timeframe in a safe and commercially efficient manner.
Including: Sub-Contractor management, Pre and Post works inspections, programme delivery, Phase Plans, liaison at all levels - including progress meetings, Health & Safety and RAMS.
Ideal Site Managers will have experience in a similar position working in Local Authority or Social Housing environments with a focus on either Aids & Adaptations, Kitchen & Bathroom replacements, Re-roofing and general lifecycle and maintenance contracts previously in Social Housing environments and have experience overseeing and leading; Supervisors, Engineers and RLO's
Required Qualifications:
SSSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Asbestos Awareness (Not essential)

Previous position experience
Up to date relevant industry knowledge
Clean Valid Driving License
