Role: Customer Care Advisor 

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £27,500 - 40hour week

Main Associated duties:

  • Providing Excellent Customer service to all customers
  • Inbound & Outbound Communication 
  • Problem Solving
  • Resolving Issues
  • Customer Satisfaction surveys

Skills, Attributes, Qualifications:

  • Experience of Partnership arrangements
  • Experience of Responsive Repairs contacts
  • Understanding of local government and RSL's
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license
  • Ability to competently operate MS office
