The Role: Project Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 paDOE
Location: London + travel
Sector: Construction - Hotels/ Property
About the role:
We are super excited to be looking for an experienced Project Manager for a well-known property group based overseas with subsidiaries in Hospitality and Entertainment who are expanding its hotel portfolio in the UK. This would be an independent role with 0 micromanagement to which you will be able to plan your day-to-day diary!
The suitable candidate:
- Able to direct and manage project developments from beginning to end
- Draft and submit budget proposals, recommend subsequent budget changes and project schedule impacts where necessary
- Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project
- Previously managed multiple projects at once
