The Role: Soft Services FM Director
Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 EUROS
Location: Ireland
Sector: Facilities Management
About the role:
Our client is well known within the facilities management industry and they are looking for a Soft Services FM Director to manage a team, maintain and grow those group contracts. The suitable candidate will play a critical role in driving growth, achieving organizational goals and ensuring divisions success.
About YOU:
- 5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles with a proven track record of success in managing divisions or departments.
- Strong knowledge in soft services
- Previously acted as the primary point of contact for division related inquires and concerns
- Able to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
