Asset Surveyor
Location - London
Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 + car allowance
Asset Surveyor Package:
- Car allowance

22 days annual leave + 8 days BH
Main Roles and responsibilities of an Asset Surveyor:
- Delivery of asset condition surveys to required project timescales.
Coordination of work packages and schedules.
Escalation of project issues to the project management team.
Support the project management team in providing reports and information on site survey activities.
Essential for the Asset Surveyor:
- To have knowledge of MEP asset condition and verification surveys.
Be time served in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
Have full knowledge of MEP asset associations.
