Are you a Project Manager with a flair for Architectural Design?
Maybe you have very strong skills in Concept Design, Spatial Coordination, Technical Design, Site Supervision and project Handover's but are not able to showcase your strengths
If so, this could be the position for you
Our client is a well established Estates and Facilities Services company who require a Project Manager to prepare, co-ordinate and manage the delivery of delegated projects.
Main Duties:
- Collaborate in the formulation of long-term development plans for all hospital premises in the Trust to enable the delivery of the Trust’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate in the preparation and development of an Estate Strategy.
- The delivery of the assigned projects within the Capital Programme in accordance with the agreed time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Prepare Business Cases for delegated projects and contribute advice to ensure that any bid for funding accurately reflects the user requirements, operational policy and financial implications.
- Assist in the development and interpretation of highly complex strategic plans and aspirations as these relate to delegated projects and communicate these to others.
Person Specification:
- Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Building Surveying
- Evidence of previous Project Management works
- At least 5 years experience in the Building process
- Extensive CAD experience
- Strong knowledge of working regulations & health technical memorandum
