Are you an accredited government property professional looking for the next step in your career? The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is recruiting a head of corporate estates management to support the delivery of property services across the organisation.

Our estates team supports our vital role in society by working in partnership with the Government Property Agency to deliver safe, secure and modern workplaces where our employees can thrive.
About the role
As head of corporate estates management, you’re accountable for the operational and financial delivery of property services across the CPS estate. You drive a culture of service excellence through continuous improvements and commercially sound decisions – this includes reviewing whether properties are fit for purpose, and ensuring that workplaces are modernised to meet our smarter working objectives. You also represent the CPS at cross-government meetings, sharing best practice with other estates professionals to help improve the quality of our service.

About you
We are looking for someone with Government Property Profession (GPP) core accreditation, at chartered, certified or fellow grade. You can be based at any CPS office in England or Wales, however regular travel is required.
