The Role: Account Manager
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 pa + car allowance + bonus
Location: Berkshire
Sector: Facilities Management – Hard Services
About the role:
An exciting new role has arrived for an experienced Account Manager ideally having worked within the facilities management industry and comes from a strong hard services background.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has excellent leadership skills and can work with clients front facing on a day-to-day basis. As an Account Manager you will be responsible and accountable for the operational management and service delivery of the existing contract.
**Please note** - This role will require you to be onsite Monday to Friday as there is no flexibility to WFH.
The suitable candidate:
- Technical knowledge of facilities and building services
- The ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight guidelines
- Able to demonstrate awesome contract management skills and show a proactive attitude
- An understanding and able keep up to date with knowledge of industry best practices
