The Role: Quantity Surveyor (1-year FTC)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 pa
Location: Norwich
Sector: Facilities Management
About the role:
We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team who cover multiple sectors such as facilities management, transportation, government contracts and much more. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be working across multiple sites and working independently to provide guidance on design cost, formulate budgets, prepare detailed cost submissions, check tenders, prepare interim valuations and advise on the value of variations.
All about YOU:
- Experience in dealing with PFI contracts within a healthcare setting
- Proven commercial experience within facilities management, including pre and post contract work with a focus on pre contract deal making and contract review.
- Degree educated or equivalent /or substantial FM sector experience
- RICS or CIOB qualified
