Our client is looking for a shift engineer to work on a continental shift pattern in in Southwest London working on the following duties as well as great career progression.

Our client is looking for a shift engineer to work on a continental shift pattern in in Southwest London working on the following duties as well as great career progression.
Duties include:
- All aspects of electrical work including HV & LV
- Carry out all preventative planned maintenance (PPM) tasks in an efficient and timely manner to ensure minimum disruption to building occupants.
- Electrical supervision of sub-contractors.
- Carry out electrical AP duties including 11KV switching and the issue of work permits and isolation certificates.
- Carry out Electrical and Data-Com, minor project works as required by the client and managed by the Site Manager
- Respond to emergency and minor electrical works as required.
- Water Management, including cooling towers.
- Support the crisis response team, ensuring that all facilities are set up quickly and effectively.
- Be a member of the emergency call out team as per the agreed rota.
- Daily management & operating the Metasys BMS (Building Management System)
- Checking contractor documentation (RAMS) and writing permits to work.
- Fire system operations and alarm testing
