Our client is looking for a shift engineer to work on a continental shift pattern in in Southwest London working on the following duties as well as great career progression.
Duties include:
 
  • All aspects of electrical work including HV & LV
  • Carry out all preventative planned maintenance (PPM) tasks in an efficient and timely manner to ensure minimum disruption to building occupants.
  • Electrical supervision of sub-contractors.
  • Carry out electrical AP duties including 11KV switching and the issue of work permits and isolation certificates.
  • Carry out Electrical and Data-Com, minor project works as required by the client and managed by the Site Manager
  • Respond to emergency and minor electrical works as required.
  • Water Management, including cooling towers.
  • Support the crisis response team, ensuring that all facilities are set up quickly and effectively.
  • Be a member of the emergency call out team as per the agreed rota.
  • Daily management & operating the Metasys BMS (Building Management System)
  • Checking contractor documentation (RAMS) and writing permits to work.
  • Fire system operations and alarm testing

  • HVAP
  • LVAP
  • Level 3 Electrical
  • 2391 Inspection & Testing 
  • AM2
  • 18TH Edition
