The Role: Mechanical Shift Supervisor
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 pa
Location: London

About the role:
Our client is well known as a leading provider of energy services with operations across the UK and Europe. Big on sustainability and focused on helping others achieve energy savings they also focus on other services such as Facilities Management. As a Mechanical Shift Supervisor, you’ll be an integral part of our client’s team leading a team and managing the PPM’s on a daily basis.
As an essential part of this role, you will be communication and reporting, ensuring all the client’s stakeholders and maintenance team are kept informed.
All about YOU:
- Mechanical / Technical knowledge within a facilities management environment or similar
- Experience in risk assessments, permits, planning and managing workload
- Previous experience in managing a team or supervisory position would be great!
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
