Partnering with a leading property management business in the UK as they seek a Facilities Manager for a mixed-use development in South London. Made up of offices, retail stores, public realm, this is a vibrant site with a real community feel, and so is looking for a modern FM who can combine both solid hard facilities skills with a customer-service-orientated approach to your work. Reporting into the General Manager, you'll form a key part of the on-site team with a strong chance of permanent employment at the end of your contract.
Key responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with the estate's team to maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, enhancing the property's position through an improvement plan that includes supplier enhancements.

Draft, manage, and report on the service charge budget and expenditures within set timescales.

Liaise with local stakeholders to assess the impact of activities on operations and promote the estate's profile.

Assisting with the management of events on-site;

Conduct regular inspections of all property aspects and address observations within appropriate timescales.

Maintain control over Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and operational issues for major works programs within the property - remaining compliant with UK H&S legislation;

Overseeing a comprehensive PPM program for the building plant and fabric.
As the successful applicant, you'll be able to display prior experience managing a prominent or building(s) including common areas and plant rooms. An IOSH is essential.
