My client is looking for a caretaker to join their estates teams in order to help with site maintenance on a fixed healthcare facility
Hours of work 7.30am -3.30pm or 10am - 6.30pm
The Role:
You will have previous experience in a caretaking role.
Report any maintenance to be carried out to the contract manager
Running of water and temperature checks.
Emptying bins
Footing ladders
Painting and general handyman duties
The Person
You will be required to have an enhanced DBS, which the client will pay for if you have not already got one.
Experience of working in a similar role.
