Real Estate Project Manager (Portfolio Planning)/12 Month Contract/£550-£600 p/d Inside IR35/Mainly Remote but some travel into London will be required (not expensed)

Our client, who are a leading global commercial real estate services company, are looking for a Planning/ Project Manager to take the lead of the integration of a holistic Real Estate Portfolio Plan.
Key requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate, Workplace Strategy or Facility Management Portfolios
- Demonstrable background in leading and managing the planning and implementation of Portfolio Planning for Real Estate
- Knowledge and background of undertaking and managing the execution of portfolio planning activity
- Solid background of working globally across multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
