Workplace Change Lead
London
12-month contract
£700 per day Outside IR35
Do you have solid experience in wide-scale workplace transformation? Are you an expert in behavioural change? Capable of leading C-level stakeholders through major workplace change? Change is in your blood? This could be the one for you.
This is a major workplace relocation and change programme for a tier 1 client in Central London who are relocating to a new HQ. You will need to have extensive workplace change experience at the executive level and be capable of managing senior stakeholders through a huge workplace change programme. You will need a deep background in people, workplace and behaviour psychology and the ability to ensure all communication and action is on point, streamlined and taken onboard. This programme will impact over 2000 individuals so the ability to manage change projects concurrently is essential.
This is a 12-month programme of work and whilst there is flexibility to work remotely a lot of the time will be required in person with the client to hold their hand through the change onsite in central London.
