The Role: Technical Account Manager (Hard FM)
Location: North of London – travel required
Salary: £60K – £65K DOE
The client:
Our client is a serviced focused, customer centric facilities management company in the UK and they are set to continue to grow.
About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Account Manager who has experience in facilities management. We are looking for someone who can organise and implement and effective maintenance regime across our client’s estate – including fabric, engineering and other infrastructure services.
The successful candidate:
- Previous experience managing a team of engineers,
- Ensuring budget and spending are under regular review
- Support the sites team in the correct and successful delivery of statutory and mandatory PPMs, any associated corrective maintenance works.
