I am working with a modern menswear brand and multi-brand retailer. As a Sales Associate, you work closely with the shop manager and retail operations director as part of a dynamic team driven to grow the business online/offline. You are driven to reach sales targets, provide exceptional customer service and build an engaged portfolio of clients you can nurture season after season.
My client believes in a hardworking work-play ethic, and their customers are at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Associate
- Providing exceptional customer service to achieve business goals.
Serve as the front line of the business, build long-term relationships with customers, and collect accurate, detailed information about them to enable personalised communication / CRM. - Observe and report back on client feedback and opportunities to further develop business and conversions.
- Portray brand aesthetic and values for a complete experience.
- Apply technology to further engage with your customer (eg. WhatsApp, Messenger).
Skills Required for the Sales Associate Role
- Have previous retail or hospitality experience, strive to be a retail star.
- You are a goal-getter; understand the importance of hitting the target.
- Good listener and observer, able to anticipate client’s needs and advice on styling.
- Enjoy meeting people and expanding your portfolio of repeated clients (trust)
- Exceptional customer service
- Good communicator
