Real Estate Technology Project Manager/6 Month Contract/£700 p/d Inside IR35/Remote role but some travel into London will be required

Our client, who are a leading global commercial real estate services company, are looking for a Technology Project Manager to take the lead of the integration of the digital technology within the workplace.
Key requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate, Workplace Strategy or Facility Management
- Experienced across a range of project delivery methodologies (Waterfall & Agile)
- Understanding of RE-related ways of working (Utilisation, delivery, timelines)
- Digital experience such as Sensors, Apps, Occupancy Data, Room booking systems etc
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
