The Role: Facilities Contract Manager

I am delighted to be working with this client, who have an amazing reputation for providing top class facilities globally! We are on the hunt for a strong Facilities Contract Manager to oversee services into a complex and beautiful client setting.
About the role:
The Facilities Contract Manager will oversee all FM operations, 24/7 across a large mixed-use site that has a heavy footfall on a daily basis. Client relationship management will be key to being successful in this role, and the ability to know the contract inside out will be imperative.
The role is supported by a team of operatives across maintenance, security and cleaning as well as more senior supervisors who will benefit from being given clear directives.
This role offers the opportunity to have an enormous impact on team culture and will be fully supported by the Senior Leadership Team.
All about you:
This role is quite exceptional, and we are looking for a candidate with true leadership skills. You will be a person who can motivate, empower, and enable a team without micro-managing. You will need to be flexible in your approach but equally, ensure that strict SLAs are adhered to.
You will be a highly organised individual who is comfortable with monthly reporting and working in a fully integrated capacity.
You will be resilient, fair, informed and have an eye on the detail, but not be bogged down by it.
