The Role: General Manager
Location: Bremen, Germany
Salary: around €50,000pa + Bonus + Perks
This stunning flexible office spaces company is growing across Europe and they are looking for a General Manager for their new site in Bremen. This group pride themselves on their very high standards, amazing employee brand and appetite for growth, so the incoming General Manager must share and embody their values.
What you will do:
- Lead the team to deliver the best member journey
- Set KPI´s for occupancy and stabilize levels
- Preparing budgets and controlling costs
- Manage all business administration within the location including accounts, finance, reporting, marketing, sales, facilities, health and safety and human resources.
- Ensuring the safety and compliance of the building
- Manage a pipeline of sales through proactive prospecting of leads, reactive enquiry management and conversion via HubSpot.
- Reporting to the Regional Manager and creating sales reports
- Identify any “soft” periods in the leasing cycle and suggest proactive strategies to combat these
- Create activities/events to enhance your community engagement review and report on performance/uptake
- Assist with recruitment of your location
- Manage relationships building suppliers/third parties
The Successful candidate
- Experience managing teams
- Goal driven
- Able to create budgets and read P&L reports
- Affinity to coworking spaces or space rental is a plus
- English + German speaker
