UK Sales Director
Location: UK based
Salary: Up to £200,000
We have just been retained on a BRILLIANT strategic, senior sales role. We are looking for a senior business developer with energy, drive and the ability to build and motivate a large sales team.
Our client is a global property business who have wide and varied operations and a range of service offers spanning the business. The role is made for a driven individual who has shown repeated success at the top of their sector.
You will have extensive experience with all elements of the tender process and a keen understanding of how to build those key client relationships. This role will suit a candidate coming from a property, FM or hospitality sales background.
The Candidate:
- You will be able to demonstrate leadership and success
- You will come from a business development/sales background within hospitality, property or FM
- Proven seller with retention and development experience
- Managed large teams to success
- Ambitious and hungry to succeed
- Must work well under pressure, be extremely organised and willing to go the extra mile
- Polished and well presented
- Excellent understanding of all Sales processes including tender and bid writing
- Passion for the business and the product on offer
