Workplace Strategy Consultant
£500 per day Outside IR35
London / UK travel required
2-3 days per week / flexible

You will need to work closely with the client to assess their current workplace environments, understand their business objectives and develop customised strategies to optimise their campus-based workspace. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, conduct in-depth research, and leverage your expertise to drive workplace transformations that enhance productivity, employee experience, and organisational performance.
Core experience in workplace strategy (5+ years) is essential. Experience in workplace design and workplace change management is also helpful - overall the ability to think holistically and to guide the client through this major journey is the key facet.
Travel throughout the UK will be required. As this is a long-term engagement flexibility will be needed as some weeks it could be 1-2 days and some 5 days.
