Senior Procurement Executive – Hospitality group
Location: Malta
Salary: competitive and market related
My client is an innovative and well-respected operator with multiple food and beverage concepts and hotels in the Mediterranean.
They are currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth and development, which has resulted in the need a Senior Procurement Executive
The Job
- negotiate contracts for the purchase of required goods
- keep accurate records of transaction trends,
- implement sound purchasing policies, systems, and procedures in accordance with Company standards.
- monitor vendors for quality, service, and prices through standard purchasing specifications.
- obtain competitive quotations for Hotel/Restaurants’ requirements and ensure that the best product is sourced and purchased
- ensure that all orders received dates are updated by the buyers according to the supplier’s promised delivery dates
- research and identify new products and services in the market for hotels and restaurants.
- assist with all purchasing functions, quotations, quality, and availability.
- coordinating logistics of any items that will be purchased from overseas.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Willing to work a flexible schedule to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
- Experience with the Hospitality division.
