Compliance Officer
3 month temp to perm contract
Equivalent £40k min, plus phone, lap top
My client is looking for an experienced compliance officer to join their team on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent. They are an established Facilities Management Consultancy.
The Role
- FM Contract and Performance Management
- FM Audits and Health Checks
- Knowledge of CAFM systems
- Experience of Power BI
- Writing reports
- Budget and financial analysis and management
- Procurement support and document preparation (writing).
The Person
- You will have knowledge of NEC contracts (any version, but preferably ECC/TSC or FMC)
- You have used Contract management software (Cemar/FastDraft/Beehive/Asite/ is an advanatage
- You will have knowledge of contract mobilisations
- You will have knowledge or practical experience with PFI//PPP contracts
- IT Literate with MS office, especially with Excel
- Visio, Project, Excel, Word, Powerpoint,
- You will be a fast learner and ready to apply what is learned.
- Operational ready
