The Role: Hygiene Manager
Location: London
Salary: £30K - £35K
About the role:
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Hygiene Manager to manage and administer back of house equipment and areas, with a major focus on cleanliness of any EHL location in the building whilst complying with company standards and policies.
This is a great opportunity for someone who prides themselves in leading a team by communicating and motivating individuals!
Key Responsibilities:
- Be aware of and adhere to legal and company regulations and auditing, relating to the following areas:
Health & Safety at Work
Food Hygiene
Fire Regulations
Licensing Law
COSHH
Sales of Goods / Trading Standards - Ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times.
- Carry out the training of all staff to deliver optimum production across the range of logistic needs.
- Attend all regular meetings and ensure that relevant information is cascaded as appropriate to all team members.
