Position: Project Manager
Reports to: Head of Projects
Salary: £50,000 - £65,500, Car Allowance or Salary Sacrifice Electric Vehicle
Locations: Roaming / National Coverage
The Project Manager role is working for a well established and National Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Company who have office located in The Midlands and South of England. Their services cover across England and include in-house engineers and approved sub-contractors with many major and household names in their client portfolio.
Role Purpose:
To deliver high quality CAT A/B MEP fit-out works and replacement projects of main plant equipment, HVAC Systems driven through end of life & Energy improvement opportunities.
The post holder will be responsible for the management, motivation and development of the projects teams and the continuous improvement to deliver key departmental responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Subcontract teams
- Coordinate the buying process
- Project level financial control
- Management of Payment applications and client invoicing
- Management of supplier invoices and payment certificates
- Site Health & Safety
- Execution of project deliverables to a high standard
- Communication of Project progress to both internal and external stakeholders
- Lime management of site supervisors
Key Skills:
- IOSH/NEBOSH
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- Experience in an M&E sector
- Project Management Experience
- Process Driven
- Strong IT Skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experienced running and supporting teams
