Centre Manager


Immediate Start

PART TIME: 9AM -2PM Monday to Friday and one Saturday a month

The Company:

We are currently working with a leading facilities company to appoint a Centre Manager based in Bridgewater on a part time basis. The perfect candidate will be hungry to develop and will bring a good amount of experience in an Centre Manager role, specifically within a commercial setting

The purpose of the Centre Manager is to take on day-to-day operational responsibility for a commercial site and optimising its commercial success by maximising its media exposure and profile within the local community. Enhancing the overall profitability and performance of the business by increasing local income, fully exploiting marketing and PR opportunities and maintaining excellent levels of customer service and operational standards through proactive management. Implementing all agreed service levels for both Hard and Soft services, property strategy and management standards in Health, Safety & Facilities Management.

Day to Day

  • To provide strategic direction to the on-site teams, both direct reports and out-sourced contracted resource, to deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with the wider asset management plan.
  • To work closely with the Surveying, Marketing and Admin team to maximise occupancy and overall occupier experience.
  • Having a full understanding and appreciation of the business strategy and take responsibility for its implementation.

Desired Experience.

  • Have the necessary skills, experience and qualifications to provide the effective and efficient delivery of Facilities Management, Services and Projects in a similar high-pressured environment.
  • Good awareness and understanding of social media.
  • An excellent understanding of building services with previous experience of managing hard services provision.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate
