We have a great opportunity working for one of the largest Facilities Maintenance Companies in the UK.
They are a nationally established company who specialize in the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Government, Healthcare and Educational sectors. This is a full time permanent position working as a Business Unit Sales Coordinator helping to secure new business and tenders working along side the Business Development team.
A perfect role for anyone with business sales coordinator or business development experience.

Duties of the role
- BID writing
- Researching Tender content
- Preparation of Tender documentation both SSQ, ITT and open proposal
- Working in conjunction with the BDM to produce quality Tender and Marketing documentation
- Organizing of the BUD's diary to help prevent clashes
- Organisation of Business Unit events including quarterly meetings for SMT, Contract Managers and social events
- Deal with Office Management queries and attend tenant meetings
- Record sickness and absence for the Business Unit and submit relevant documents to Payroll
- Order supplies for the office including subsistence and stationery
Requirements:
- Good writing skills
- Grammar skills
- Proof reading
- BID writing
- Great working attitude and positive outlook to work
- Experience with tenders and proposals
