Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator
Location: Motherwell - ML1
Salary: Up to £25,000
Role Type: Fully Office Based - 8am - 5pm
Holidays: 23 + 8 Bank Holidays

Working with a range of clients to deliver streamlined maintenance, delivering compliant planned maintenance and a responsive reactive maintenance service 24/7.
Main duties of a Helpdesk Administrator:
- Answer all telephone calls both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner ensuring that all messages are returned appropriately
- Manage the client portal systems to ensure all reports are uploaded and tasks are completed as per SLAs
- Issue all completion paperwork and certificates to clients via email/portal
- Foster client relationships and develop a culture of trust and respect
- Ensure that complaints are dealt with appropriately
- General administration tasks
- Ongoing computer system housekeeping
- Receiving, tracking and scanning of statutory compliance documentation
- To understand and complete all work- related documentation accurately and on time
- To understand and comply with policies and procedures
- To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
- To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
- To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
Person Specification:
- Good working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
- Good Customer Service skills with the ability to deal with Customers and internal staff and the varied queries the Service Desk receives promptly and politely
- Ability to work under own initiative

- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Solution focused
- Good attention to detail and well organised
