Job Title: Temporary Security Contract Manager (3 months)
Hourly Rate: £16.50 - £18.50 p/h
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Security Contract Manager to oversee and manage key national security contracts for our organization for a 3-month period. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with security standards, managing contracts with in-house security team and security service providers, and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our employees and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage security contracts with on various client contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contract terms.
- Budgets management
- Quality of service, and adherence to industry standards.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective security measures are in place and that security risks are identified and managed.
- Monitor security incidents and conduct investigations as necessary, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security and vigilance.
Requirements:
- Minimum SIA License (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of security policies, standards, and regulations.
- Experience in managing security contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with security technologies and software.
